Mr. Castro graduated law school in 1997 with honors and distinction. Following graduation, Mr. Castro was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County. During this time, Mr. Castro a handled thousands of criminal cases at all levels, including numerous trials. Many of the cases Mr. Castro was assigned to were high profile cases followed by the media.  

Following his tenure as a Suffolk County Prosecutor, Mr. Castro was employed with one of the largest and most respected negligence defense firms in the New York metropolitan area.  In this capacity, Mr. Castro represented some of the most prominent health care institutions and healthcare providers in the country. Over the course of his employment, Mr. Castro established himself as a tenacious and very capable trial attorney handling complex personal injury cases in New York City and Long Island.

Mr. Castro is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.  He is also admitted to practice in multiple federal courts in the State of New York. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
